The consensus on the “total number of touches” in a successful recruiter outreach sequence often falls within a relatively tight range, though the optimal number can vary based on the channel (email vs. multi-channel) and the seniority of the candidate.

I am seeing some literature has a 7-12 touches for omni-channel outreach.
